Virtual Classes vs Virtual Courses

VIRTUAL CLASSES

Enjoy the ease of picking your own schedule with virtual classes. With the class option, you get to sign up for a single class or enjoy a package plan, which gives you a discounted rate on classes. These package plans allow you to book, reschedule or cancel classes with ease. The passes offer unlimited packages, for both the 30 minute and 1 hour virtual live classes and have a 1-year expiration date.

VIRTUAL COURSES
A course will run for consecutive weeks, helping you stay accountable to a program. These courses will build up from week to week and have a set plan in place to help you achieve your goals, improve your skills and learn new techniques.

These in-person courses and boot camps are available for all abilities. Strong is the new beautiful, so get yourself into gear and join us to achieve your goals. The outdoor classes will run rain or shine, so be prepared to bring what you need for all types of weather.

Including live remote classes from your home, pre-recorded classes you take from home, home-based professional gym for personal training, outdoor small group training, and everything dance.
