Service Description

This class will get your heart rate up and help you maintain your flexibility. We will work through a variety of cardio exercises that will work your full body. This class is great for people of all levels, offering low impact options in addition to higher intensity options. We will end this class with a good stretch. We operate our online classes through zoom. You will need to access the classes through your web browser or the zoom application.
