Root Touch Up and Colour is when roots need to be pre-lightened, but the colour is applied all over. Full Head 2 Processes means when the entire head needs to be pre lightened then colour is applied. Please note that these base rates only include 1 colour. Every additional colour added is an additional $17.00 per colour.
