Service Description

This package includes, two 1hr nutrition assessment, ten 30 minute nutrition follow up, 1 month nutrition plan, two 1hr virtual cooking sessions with Bracken, six 30 minute fitness assessment, forty-eight 1hr personal training sessions, home fitness calendar, and access to pre-recorded fitness videos. Add ons available, inquire for details. Please note that when you book this service a 20 minute appointment will be booked to allow enough time to schedule the first few appointments with you.
