HIIT Bootcamp is high intensity interval training. This is training that is shorter in time, but at your 100% maximum effort. This type of training will get your heart rate up and keep it up resulting in burning fat in less time. Please note that we will be using a yoga mat or towel, light weights, a fitness step, chair or step stool for this class. If you do not have these items, let us know and we will let you know if we have any in stock or what alternative items you can use from your home. We operate our online classes through Zoom. You will need to access the classes through your web browser or the Zoom application.
