Service Description

HIIT Bootcamp is high intensity interval training. This is training that is shorter in time, but at your 100% maximum effort. This type of training will get your heart rate up and keep it up resulting in burning fat in less time. Please note that we sometimes use weights in this class. Should you not own weights, canned goods or water bottles work well. We operate our online classes through Zoom. You will need to access the classes through your web browser or the Zoom application.
