This class will focus on using passive stretching techniques to help us stay limber and feeling our best throughout the week. Please note that we will be using a yoga mat, yoga block and occasionally a yoga strap. If you do not have these items, please let us know so we can suggest alternative items you may have around your home. We operate our online classes through Zoom. You will need to access the classes through your web browser or the Zoom application.
