Strong Is Beautiful Bootcamp

Come join us for these fun boot camps. The full-body workouts occur twice a week. You can choose either a 30-minute or a 60-minute boot camp. You will also receive exclusive access to our group support throughout your journey including a bonus 2-hour virtual food prep session every week. Personal Training

Julie is a certified personal trainer that specializes in holding people accountable for achieving their fitness goals. One-on-one personal training takes place in a professional home gym with all the equipment you would find at a public gym. Your personal fitness exercise plan will be tailored to you and adjusted as you achieve your goals and reach even higher. Just don’t be surprised to see an email or two checking in on your progress between sessions. It’s good to have someone that will hold you accountable.
