Through movement, dance and fun we are committed to providing a higher education of dance within schools. We create a unique lesson plan that suits every student's needs, level of dance and age. 

We are committed to providing great Lesson plans, that include excellent warm ups, Dance technique and choreography in many different styles. Our program helps students develop Cognitive abilities. It is built to help students learn to focus, concentrate, memorize, and improve pattern recognition. We leave students feeling more confident in creating their own choreography with formation changes. We help develop the tools needed for students to discover and explore their own emotion and feelings through dance.

Steps and Styles

Dance classes made for all adults 18 and up! Join us for an hour of dance and movement! We begin all classes with a warm up, followed by some technique and break down of some movements, and we finish the class with a little piece of choreography in that style.
