Shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of the package. 

Orders of $250.00 or more: Free Standard Ground Shipping.

Orders are processed within a  24-48 hour window, Monday to Friday. Anything ordered after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped the Monday after. 

Our preferred shipping carrier is Canada Post. Canada Post will deliver your package to the address indicated on your order. If there is no one home to accept the package, Canada Post may hold your parcel at the closest post office where you will be able to pick it up within a set time frame. In the event that the parcel is refused or not picked up at the post office location, it will be sent back to Top Rock. Re-shipping costs will apply plus a service fee of $5 to have the package resent to the address provided.

Express and Priority Shipping are available at an additional cost. Please email us at info@topropck.ca for pricing.

We reserve the right to change shipping carriers at our discretion.

Some oversized and/or overweight items will incur an additional surcharge. Top Rock will always communicate this to the customer before taking payment for orders.  

Aerosol items are not eligible for air shipping due to government-regulated shipping standards.
