Hi, I’m Julie, founder of Top Rock Wellness and my mission is to make everybody feel healthy inside and out. It has been a dream to create a company that was inclusive of all things pertaining to one’s wellness, And that is what I am doing today! Top Rock is an all-inclusive company willing to work with you. With over 14 years of experience, I am ready to work with you to help you achieve your wellness goals. Myself and my team of instructors offer live virtual and/or in-person classes, boot camps, and personal and small group fitness training.
I grew up dancing and continued to dance here and there once I graduated high school. I decided to open TRAPT, Top Rock Adult Performance Troupe in September 2019 to give dancers the opportunity to continue to train in several styles into their adult years. Dance and performance don’t have to end when high school does.
Beauty, a thing we all agree that makes us feel better. I began working in the hair industry in 2007. I opened Top Rock Hair Design in 2018, bringing a professional hair salon from the comfort of my home. Creativity is my thing, working with your hair to create great updos, fabulous colour, cuts, hair tattoos, and more. Now offering Organic Colour Systems, giving you a healthier service overall. Bring on the latest trends!
