Kids Zumba - 30 minutes
Zumba is an exercise fitness program that combines Latin and international rhythms with dance moves. It is often described as "dance cardio" as it incorporates interval training matched to various levels of fitness and dance abilities. This class is best suited for children 8-12 years of age.
Stretch & Strength - 30 minutes
This stretch and strength class is geared towards the beginner and intermediate dancer who hopes to improve strength, stability and flexibility in their dance training. Best suited for dancers looking for an extra stretch and strength class to improve their dance ability.

Beg Hip Hop - 45 Minutes
This class is geared towards dancers who are either starting their dance journey or looking to expand their dance knowledge. This class will include stretch, a break down of steps and simple choreography. Each week we will build on to the same piece of choreography.
Move & Groove - 30 minutes
This class will be focused towards learning basic movement, beginner level dance steps and stretching. This is a 30 minute remote class.

Active Recovery - 1 hour
This class features slow moving flow type movements that carry you through many stretches. Please note that this is similar to a yoga class, however we are NOT certified in yoga. Adult Hip Hop - 1 hour
This class will be focused towards learning new choreography each week. This class is ideal for the retired dancer who wishes to join a hip hop class at a fast pace beginner/intermediate level.

Mid Week Stretch and Recovery - 1 hour
Julie will guide you through a relaxing stretch and recovery class that will help us feel less tension through the rest of the week. She will guide us through an hour of stretches, held for a variety of times as well as some self massage techniques. Adult Styles Class - 1 hour
This class is geared towards adults who love to dance. It will feature a variety of styles, including Contemporary, Heels, Jazz, Jazz Funk, and Musical Theatre. Each week Kayla will guide you through a warm up, including the breakdown of some of the skills you will need to learn a short piece of choreography, ending class with a quick cool down.
Children's Musical Theatre - 45 minutes
This is a fun filled class for all those children looking to learn more about performing and who love to sing, dance and act. Students will participate in a physical and vocal warm up, learn a section of a song, then incorporate choreography working the piece up to a short performance.
Hump Day Heels - 1 hour
This class is a fun class geared toward adults 18+ years. You will be guided through a dance routine which is made to make you feel a little sexier in your own skin. Heels are optional for all participants. Please note that music for this class will likely contain explicit language.

Barre Fit - 1 hour
Madison will guide you through this 1 hour class. It will begins with a warm up, then she will guide you through some ballet based exercises that are sure to make you burn, then it ends with a great stretch. All you will need is a chair and a yoga mat or somewhere comfortable to stretch.
Beginner Adult Lyrical - 1 hour
This class will help you learn and discover new ways to express and tell a story by using ballet techniques and jazz style. Great for adults who are exploring the world of dance.
Beginner Lyrical - 1 hour
This class lead by Madison. It will help you learn and discover new ways to express and tell a story by using ballet techniques and jazz style. We recommend this class for children 9-11 years.
Disney Choreography - 45 Minutes
Every week, Madison will teach a new piece of choreography will be taught using music from the Disney movies you know and love. Best for children age 6-10 years.
Jazz Technique - 1 hour
This class is meant for the experienced jazz dancer, although new dancers are encouraged to join. This class goes right back to the basics to improve your jazz technique. Best suited for students 11+ years.
Stretch - 1 hour
Madison will guide us through a relaxing, gentle stretch class to help us start the week off right. She will guide us through an hour of stretches, held for a variety of times. This will help us recover from our weekend expeditions as well as improve our overall flexibility.
Tap Heat - 1 hour
This class lead by Madison, will take you through a warm up, some great tap drills and skills and a cool down. It will for sure keep your feet moving and your brain working. No need for tap shoes, this class can also be done in runners.
