****Please note this month is only 3 weeks due to the Christmas Holidays, price is adjusted**** Are you looking for personal training, but don't want the large bill? Well this program is for you. How do we keep our costs down? We work with all participants individually throughout the program. Posting in our chat answers to your individual questions, guidance based of individual needs and also creating a private communication with each member. This helps us help you, but without the huge cost. It is like having a personal trainer, who will guide you and keep you accountable, but you get to do all your workouts in a group setting. We will push you to achieve your best inside and out. This bootcamp will help you gain strength and confidence in your every day life. The variety of exercises offered in this bootcamp will help tone your full body and keep things interesting. It is designed for participants of all levels, offering beginner, intermediate and advanced options for all exercises. Our trained staff will be there to support you, guide you through the hour long workout, keep you accountable through our community chat, correct your form and push you to achieve your goals. This program also gives you access to our online virtual club, pre-recorded classes, personalized support and our community chat with tips, trick and nutritional support. Please note that we recommend you have a yoga mat or towel, along with a water bottle at each session. We also recommend have some dumbbells, resistance bands or some cans of soup for some weight lifting. We operate our virtual sessions through zoom. Please note that at the time of registration, you will receive an email with a zoom link for the month to access the classes. Note: Classes that fall on a holiday will be rescheduled.
